I placed an order now what?
You’ll receive an email confirming your purchase, and we will get to work packing up your books! Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

How do I get my Ebooks?
When purchased, our trusted digital distribution partner, BookFunnel, will email you a web link providing immediate online access to your eBook products.
The online page at BookFunnel also offers instructions on how to download your product or deliver the file to your preferred device.

How do I get my Printed Books?
All print books are fulfilled through BookVault, a trusted print-on-demand service.
Once your order is placed, BookVault will print and ship your book directly to you. Please allow additional time for printing and processing before your tracking info is available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times depend on the type of product you ordered:
- Print Books (via BookVault): Please allow 5–10 business days for printing before your order ships. Shipping time varies by region after dispatch.
- Merchandise & Apparel: Most items ship within 3–7 business days, plus standard delivery time.
- Ebooks: Delivered instantly via email through BookFunnel right after purchase.
You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your item ships.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes—eligible merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Please note:
- Digital products (like ebooks) are non-refundable due to their nature.
- BookVault print books are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or faulty.

What if my products arrive damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us right away with a photo and your order details.
My item is delayed! What do I do?
Shipping times may vary, especially during launches or holidays. If your order seems delayed, feel free to contact us. For BookVault & Printed Book orders, please allow additional time for printing and fulfillment before shipping.
